Our ISACA certification courses run as small, instructor-led cohorts led by active GRC, IS audit, and cybersecurity practitioners. New cohorts start on a rolling monthly basis, so you can register at any time and be placed in the next available group for your certification.

Registration & Cancellation Terms
Enrollment & Scheduling. Registration provides access to schedule an available cohort. Seats are limited and confirmed only after payment clearance and cohort confirmation.
Rescheduling. Candidates may reschedule to a future cohort at no cost if the request is submitted at least 7 business days before the scheduled start date. Rescheduling is subject to seat availability.
Cancellations. Written cancellations received more than 14 business days before the course start date are eligible for a refund of the refundable training fee. Cancellations received 7–14 business days before the start date are subject to a 15% administrative fee. No refunds are issued fewer than 7 business days before the course start date.
ISACA Vouchers & Materials. Once issued, assigned, activated, shipped, emailed, or delivered, ISACA exam vouchers, digital access codes, e-books, online learning access, and study materials are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where ISACA’s written policy provides otherwise.
No-Shows. Candidates who do not attend their confirmed cohort without approved cancellation or rescheduling are not eligible for refunds, credits, or complimentary rescheduling.
CPE Credits. CPE certificates are issued only to candidates who complete the required attendance, instructional hours, participation requirements, and assessments for the applicable course.
Corporate Registrations. Access for corporate-sponsored participants is subject to invoice approval and payment clearance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
